Partnerships
Rural Sports Compass considers collaborations that are relevant to readers interested in country sport and recreation. We keep partner work distinct from independent editorial coverage and make commercial relationships clear.
Possible collaborations
We consider relevant sponsorship, clearly identified partner features and standing partner placements. A proposal should explain the organisation or service involved, the intended audience, the requested format and any expectations attached to the collaboration. We do not infer a relationship from a name or an unsolicited mention.
Clear labels, clear boundaries
Paid or partner-supported material is labelled in a way readers can notice. A placement does not become an independent recommendation, and partners do not receive editorial control over unrelated coverage. We may decline a proposal if its purpose or terms cannot be explained clearly to readers.
Start a conversation
Use the Contact page and choose the partnership option. Include a concise description of the proposal and the type of placement you have in mind. A message opens a conversation; it does not mean a collaboration has been accepted.
Taking part is bigger than the result
Rural sport is made by players, helpers, spectators and the places they share. We look at the many ways people can find a connection to it.
